No. In order to keep things simple, the patterns include only instructions detailing the order of assembly. However, there are plenty of great free tutorials online to help you learn how to foundation paper piece. It can be a tricky process to wrap your brain around at first, but if you don't quite get it from the first tutorial you find, there are many others out there to try.

Sale of products made using our patterns is permitted on an individual home-based production scale only. Large scale commercial reproduction is prohibited. i.e. If it's just you making the blocks to use in items for your Etsy shop or similar, that is absolutely ok!
